These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of skip hire services by Pegasus Skip Hire, located at Timmis Road, Stourbridge, DY9 7QB. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1. All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or online through our website.
2.2. Payment is due in full at the time of booking or on delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3. Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
2.4 Account customers are granted a 30-day payment term from the date of invoice. Full payment must be received within 30 calendar days. Failure to settle the account within this period may result in the suspension of services.
3. Delivery and Collection
3.1. The skip will be delivered and collected on the agreed date and location.
3.2. Access to the delivery site must be safe and suitable for our vehicles.
3.3. Any additional charges due to failed delivery or collection (e.g., blocked access) will be the responsibility of the Customer.
4. Skip Use and Waste Types
4.1. The skip must only be used for legal, non-hazardous waste
4.2. The following are prohibited items:
4.3. Overloading the skip is not permitted. Waste must not exceed the top edge.
4.4. Fires are strictly prohibited in or near the skip.
5. Liability and Damages
5.1. The Company accepts no responsibility for damage to driveways, paths, or property due to skip placement.
5.2. The Customer is liable for any damage or loss to the skip during the hire period.
6. Hire Period
6.1. Standard hire is for 10 days. Additional charges may apply for extended hire.
6.2. Collection date can be arranged in advance.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
7.1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before delivery may be refunded.
7.2. No refunds will be given for skips that are not used once delivered.
8. Termination
